The Cuba Platform

Working together for a fairer, healthier, more inclusive world.

Cuba is a remarkable country. Its scholars, leaders, artists, and community activists work in a unique context that is shaped by Cuba’s colonial and revolutionary histories, geographic location, and distinct political and economic systems. In spite of significant challenges, Cubans have pursued innovative solutions — grounded in equity and empathy — to chronic social problems that hinder progress around the world.

The Platform for Innovation and Dialogue with Cuba (“the Cuba Platform”) was created to foster conversation and collaboration between Cuba and the Atlantic Fellows.

The Atlantic Fellows is a global community of leaders — activists, artists, journalists, health professionals, entrepreneurs, researchers, and others — who work together across disciplines and borders to advance equity, justice, and human dignity.
